Dr. Kiran Puttappa

Dr Kiran Puttappa joined the practice in 2018. He moved to U.K in 2001 and after gaining clinical experience abroad moved to Australia in 2003. He has a vast clinical experience as a medical registrar in various public hospitals in Perth and the Gold Coast and he has a special interest in complicated general medicine cases and Diabetes. He holds FRACGP and Post Grad Dip in Diabetes from Cardiff.He also served as board member of RACGP (WA Faculty) from 2009-2013. He is currently a senior examiner to RACGP and sits as a panel member of AHPRA.
Dr. Shahab Taj
MBBS (UWA), ACCRM, AST (GEN. MEDICINE)
Dr Taj has both general practice and hospital experience. He is a graduate of the university of Western Australia in 2003, and obtained his MBBS. He has since accumulated years of intense hospital and GP training. Dr Taj has worked as a senior Medical Officer in general medicine, Oncology and Palliative Care for two years in Queensland. Dr Taj has also recieved advanced specialist training in general medicine. Dr Taj special interests are Diabetes, Geriatric Medicine, Cardiology, Antenatal Care, Pediatrics, Oncology, Emergency Medicine and Palliative Care.

Dr. Catherine Woolley
Dr Woolley graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2010, She completed a Diploma of Child Health during her paediatric residency at the Royal Hobart Hospital. She then completed her General Practice training and has been enjoying working as a GP in Tasmania ever since. Dr Woolley relocated to Perth earlier this year with her young family, and is enjoying exploring a new city in the sunshine.
Dr Woolley is available for appointments Mondays and Fridays.
Dr. Aftab Samdani
Dr Aftab has been living and working in Australia since 2009. He has vast experience working across different health services at various hospitals and General Practices in Australia. He has also been working in Emergency Medicine, and is very comfortable managing and accessing emergency presentations in General Practice and performing minor emergency procedures such as suturing, foreign body removals, iron infusions, etc. Dr Aftab’s special interest is in General Family Medicine, Paediatrics, Men’s Health, Mental Health, Chronic disease management and Emergency Medicine.
Dr Aftab is available for appointments Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Dr. Jennifer Hogan
MBBS, FRACGP, DCH
Dr Hogan graduated from JCU (Qld) in 2012 and has worked in hospitals throughout the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Perth. Dr Hogan has undertaken further training in Women’s and Children’s health, including work at KEMH and the former Royal Children’s Hospital in Brisbane (now Queensland Children’s Hospital). Some of Dr Hogans special interests are, family planning and contraception, women’s health, paediatrics, chronic disease management and mental health.
Dr Hogan is available for appointments Fridays and Saturdays.
