Imogen Russell

Imogen is a dietitian with a strong interest in sports dietetics and eating disorders, however, also sees a wide range of patients with all clinical conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight concerns, and IBS. Connecting with her clients and taking a holistic approach that considers all aspects of their life is really important to her.

Outside of work, she spends most of her time at the track training and competing as an elite athlete. Her main events are the 400m hurdles and 400m. She has competed in 6 national championships, and her goal is to get into the top 3 in the 400m hurdles in Australia over the next 2 seasons. Being an athlete has made her very passionate about fuelling her body with good nutrition and fostering a balanced relationship with food and her body which she brings to her practice as a dietitian.
