Ali is an experienced and compassionate Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than seven years of specialised paediatric experience across hospital and community settings in New Zealand and South Africa. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families through a wide range of nutrition and feeding challenges, with a warm, practical, and family-centred approach to care.

Ali has extensive experience working with feeding difficulties, including fussy eating, feeding challenges associated with autism spectrum disorder, sensory-based feeding concerns, faltering growth, constipation, and eating disorders. She also has expertise in specialised nutrition therapies, including enteral and parenteral nutrition. Ali also has experience working with adults with a variety of conditions.

Drawing on her background Ali brings a well-rounded understanding of both complex medical needs and everyday family life. She enjoys helping families navigate mealtimes with less stress and more confidence, creating realistic and individualised nutrition strategies that are achievable and sustainable.
